If you’re planning a fall wedding, chances are you already love Halloween and anything to do with spooky season. We’re talking scary movies, pumpkin pie, and comfy sweaters. There’s just something about this time of year that makes us all want to tune into the creepy, eerie mystery of the season! Some brides could want a full gothic-themed wedding, while others will just want to add hints of the fun. Here are 6 ways to include the spirit of halloween into your fall wedding!

1. Til Death Sign

Short for the classic ceremony line,“Until death does us part”, if you look up spooky weddings on Pinterest, you will see the “Til Death” sign done in multiple ways, and we loved the neon light! If you’re not into this saying or neon signs, whatever sign you are including in your wedding can be done with a fun Halloween font to go with the theme.

2. Moody Cocktails.

How on-brand would it be to have your servers strut around the reception area with smoking cocktails! Choose a red cocktail for the added spooky effect.

3. Black Bridesmaid Dresses

Everything looks better in black. Having you bridal party dressed in all black will be the chic piece pulling your fall wedding theme together. Shop black bridesmaid dresses here.

4. Halloween Flowers

Another easy way to stay on theme is to bring the moodiness to your flowers! Ask your florist to stick to blacks, whites, or even dark purples and reds.

5. Black Decor and Accessories.

There are so many ways you can bring in the color black into your day. You and your bridesmaids could have black or Halloween nail art. If you don’t want to go all out with a black wedding dress, you can go for a black shoe or veil. Then bring the black into your decor with painted pumpkins, table cloths, candles, and even this Gothic Ring Box!

6. Smoke Bombs.

If you want to make any scene more spooky, just add smoke. We have all seen the smoke bomb exits, but what about smoke during the first dance? Talk about d-r-a-m-a-t-I-c!
