At Afarose, we want your checkout experience to be simple, secure, and transparent. Please review the payment information below before placing your order.

Afarose accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include:

Afarose reserves the right to add, remove, or update accepted payment methods at any time.
Currency
All prices on the Afarose website are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
If your payment method is issued outside the United States, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees, foreign transaction fees, or other charges. These fees are charged by your bank or payment provider and are not controlled by Afarose.
When You Are Charged
For most orders, your payment method will be charged when you place your order.

Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, please check your spam or junk folder, or contact customer service for assistance.
Payment Authorization
When you place an order, Afarose or our payment processor may request authorization from your bank or payment provider to verify that your payment method is valid and that sufficient funds are available.
For certain payment methods, this may appear as a pending authorization before the transaction is fully processed. Pending authorizations are controlled by your bank or payment provider and may take several business days to appear, update, or be released.
Afarose is not responsible for delays caused by banks, card issuers, PayPal, Apple Pay, or other payment providers.
Try-at-Home Payment Authorization
By placing a Try-at-Home order, you authorize Afarose to charge the payment method on file for the Try-at-Home sample fee and any applicable charges under the Try-at-Home Program Policy.
Additional charges may apply if sample dresses are returned late, missing, damaged, altered, stained, dirty, affected by odors, missing tags, or otherwise not returned in acceptable condition.
Please review the Try-at-Home Program Policy before placing a Try-at-Home order.
Afarose does not accept prepaid gift cards, one-time-use virtual cards, or prepaid cards for Try-at-Home orders, because these payment methods may not allow us to process required authorizations or applicable charges.
Sales Tax
Sales tax, use tax, or other applicable taxes may be calculated and added at checkout based on the order details, shipping address, billing address, product type, and applicable laws.
The tax amount shown at checkout may vary depending on changes to your order, shipping address, promotional discounts, or applicable tax rules.
Gift Cards and Store Credit
Afarose gift cards and store credit may be used only on eligible purchases through the Afarose website, unless otherwise stated.
Gift cards and store credit cannot be redeemed for cash except where required by law.
Gift cards and store credit cannot be used to purchase another gift card.
If an order paid with a gift card or store credit is returned and approved for refund, the refund may be issued back to a new gift card, store credit, or the original payment method, depending on the original payment method and Afarose’s refund process.
Afarose is not responsible for lost, stolen, deleted, or unauthorized use of gift cards or store credit codes.
Promotional Codes and Discounts
Promotional codes, discounts, and special offers must be applied at checkout before the order is placed.
Only one promotional code may be used per order unless otherwise stated.
Promotional codes may be subject to expiration dates, product exclusions, minimum purchase requirements, or other restrictions.
Afarose cannot guarantee that a promotional code can be applied after an order has been placed.
Failed or Declined Payments
If your payment is declined or cannot be processed, your order may not be completed.

Afarose is not responsible for delays, missed promotions, or order availability issues caused by failed or declined payments.
Payment Review and Fraud Prevention
To protect our customers and business, Afarose may review orders for payment security, fraud prevention, or verification purposes.
Afarose reserves the right to cancel, hold, or request additional verification for any order that appears suspicious, incomplete, inconsistent, high-risk, or unable to be verified.
If additional verification is required, customer service may contact you using the email address or phone number provided with your order.
Failure to complete requested verification may result in order cancellation.
Order Changes and Additional Charges
If you request an order change after placing your order, additional charges may apply. These may include, but are not limited to:
Any additional charge must be paid before the requested change can be processed.
Order change requests are not guaranteed and are subject to Afarose approval, production status, inventory availability, and applicable policy restrictions.
Refunds
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original payment method used for the order.
If the original payment method is unavailable, expired, closed, or otherwise unable to receive the refund, Afarose may issue the refund by another method where permitted, such as store credit or a gift card.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card company, PayPal, Apple Pay, or other payment provider.
Afarose is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers after a refund has been issued on our end.
Original shipping fees, rush fees, Shipping Adjustment Fees, expedited shipping fees, oversized-box charges, and other non-product fees are non-refundable unless otherwise required by law or expressly approved by Afarose.

Secure Checkout
Afarose uses third-party payment processors and security technologies to help process payments securely.
For your protection, Afarose does not recommend sending full credit card numbers, debit card numbers, payment passwords, or sensitive payment information by email, chat, or social media message.
If customer service needs to assist with payment-related questions, we may ask for your order number, billing name, email address, or limited transaction details, but we will not ask you to send your full card number by email.
