1. SIZING - HOW DO I GET ACCURATE MEASUREMENTS?

If you’re online shopping for your wedding dress, taking accurate measurements is your #1 priority. We have a whole page of information and videos to guide you through this, but we know this is a key step, so our bridal stylist, Irene, is more than happy to confirm these with you during your appointment.

Two Things To Note:

- Do not forget to account for the height of the heel during the measuring process. You don’t need to wear them while measuring, but you must be make note of their height. You do not want to end up with a dress too short!

- Wedding dress sizes run one size larger than normal street sizing. For example, if you are a US size 4 in regular clothing, you will need to try on the size 6 wedding dress.

2. DELIVERY - HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE?

In general, it will takes 4-5 weeks from your purchase date to receive your final dress in hand. To get a more accurate timeline, you may check the product page of your chosen dress! There will be an estimated delivery time for you to get a more accurate number. If you do need it sooner, you can choose to purchase expedited shipping.
