Your dress will typically ship out within 1~3 days, and you should receive them within 10 business days. Once they are shipped, you will receive the tracking information to know when you will receive the package.

You may keep your Try-at-Home sample dresses for up to seven (7) days from the date the package is delivered.Can I Keep or Buy a Sample Dress?

Absolutely beautiful dress. The bodice is covered in clear crystals and sequins. It gives the dress a dreamy texture and sparkle. Although it is low cut, the tulle in the chest keeps the dress from being too revealing. The skirt is made of several layers of tulle. One of the layers is glitter tulle so even the skirt is sparkly! One thing I do have to mention is that the tulle skirt's hem is a bit uneven (see picture). Hopefully, quality assurance catches this issue in the future. Otherwise, I love, love, this dress and it is definitely a contender for my big day!!

The wrong dress was sent to me! I spent $20 on shipping and the dress and I received the Fiona dress. Not the Jessica. Extremely disappointed! I hope customer service is able to resolve this adequately.

Stand straight and look straight ahead. Keep your arm and shoulder relax in a natural position. Measure along the natural curve of your body, from the left shoulder to the right.
Place the tape measure around your neck where your collar would lay. Leave enough room to breathe. The tape should be held comfortably snug against the skin of the neck.
Let your arm rest naturally. Measure around the fullest part of your bicep. Ensure you have a nice snug measurement.
The back length measurement is the vertical distance between the base of the neck and waist. Measure from the back to ensure your tape is flat.
Let your arm relax and rest in a natural position. Your elbow will be slight bent. Measure from the shoulder to elbow and from the elbow to the wrist.
