Pretty terrible, if I’m honest. This whole company is ridiculous. $25 for the try on is crazy when other sites like Azazie only charge $15 for the exact same quality dress. But then they charge an additional $8 for shipping (isn’t that what the $25 is supposed to cover?), AND if it’s considered a fluffy dress, it’s another additional $10. So $45 for a single try on. They justify it by saying they take extra measures to professionally package large dresses, that’s why it costs more. Which is nonsense because it was packed exactly like all the dresses I’ve received from Azazie. Worse if I’m honest. It’s was smashed into a ridiculously small box. Had to let it hang for 2 days just to let it puff back out. I will say that the dress is beautiful, and I did love it. But it’s absolutely in no way any better quality than the ones I’ve received from other companies. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

I really really put all my faith For my wedding dress on this shop. Although the dress is pretty. The Measurements I sent in Must’ve just been for show Because this dress is not my size. Yes, they’re going to come back and say they did it exactly I sent it to them. But the dress Is at least 4 inches all around too big for me. Not to mention that they cut it really short in the front. All the money that I “ Saved” By buying the dress On this website I’m paying for it to get the dress fixed. You only get married once . Just get the dress At the store, that’s just slightly a little more expensive. I feel like afarose Has given me so much anxiety, From not keeping me posted On the production of my dress To the dress, not being what I ordered and measurements. I’m truly disappointed. From the reviews that I’ve read the customer service Is going to gaslight me About the d and say they gave me the exact measurements That I sent, even though The dress is so freaking big. That’s why I’m writing this review instead of contacting them. Happy wedding dress shopping ladies. Sincerely a sad bride. I don’t have any photos to add Because I had to take it to be Fixed the day after I received it

The only thing good about this dress was it came on time. I chose FROST as my color. Which appears to be a grayish green color. The dress came and its more of a buttery champagne color. I used custom measurements which were done with a fabric tape measure. The dress is about 2 inches too big on the top. The halter straps are 2-3 inches too long. I reached out to customer service I was told the color resolution is different on phones/computers. As far as measurements go I was told they use a machine to measure so they are correct. I will just have to deal with the color, but I'll need to pay a seamstress to alter the dress. I'm not happy with this purchase at all.

Absolutely horrible. Not anything I wanted Please don't order a custom size, you'll regret it! And customer service is a nightmare. Do yourself a favor and please do NOT shop here! (Hopefully they don't remove this review. Don't want any other brides to be in the situation I'm in!)

Do NOT order from this company, they are a fraud!!! They will threaten you if you don’t send a try before you buy dress back right away, even if you explain you have VOVID! Make sure you look at their return policies as they are ridiculous and they will try to rip you off!!
