Overall, the ordering process was smooth and the dress itself is beautiful and exactly as described. However, my online purchase arrived with the security tag still attached, which was very frustrating. Since this was not an in-store purchase, there was no staff available to immediately fix the issue, and I had to contact customer service to resolve it. It was inconvenient, especially since I was hoping to wear the dress soon after receiving it. While I understand mistakes can happen, this is something that should be carefully checked before shipping. I’m hoping for better quality control moving forward.

I was honestly a little nervous ordering a wedding dress online, but this try-on program completely exceeded my expectations. The dress arrived on time, beautifully packaged, and exactly as described. The quality of the fabric, lace, and construction was far better than I expected. It felt substantial, well-made, and thoughtfully designed. What I appreciated most as someone with a curvy shape and bust is that i felt like it shows my assets but keeps me together. The thin fabric that goes over the bust is the first way to keep me feeling contained while dancing. The 12 fit me almost perfectly. I will just be getting the back taken out some. The fit and silhouette were incredibly flattering, and the dress photographed beautifully from every angle. It made me feel confident and truly like a bride — which is not something I expected to feel so strongly from an online experience.

This was a beautiful dress however I did not realize it is more corset type and i wasnt a huge fan!

This dress was very beautiful and fit so nice! I am having a winter wedding so the florals just didnt match for what I wanted
